My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room didn't match the website description, but it was equipped with essential appliances and clean despite signs of wear. The service was friendly overall, although a bit distracted at times. The location was convenient with nearby shopping and dining options. The dining offerings were limited, and the facilities were adequate but showed some wear and tear.

I found the hotel to be in a quiet area where I could get a good night's rest after a long workday in Yuma. The rooms, unfortunately, were rundown and dirty, making the furniture practically unusable due to stains and pet hair from previous occupants. However, the central downtown location with plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants made the stay worthwhile.

The hotel's large and very clean rooms were impressive, but the faulty wiring in the outlets was concerning. The friendly and helpful service, combined with the central downtown location, made for a convenient stay.

The hotel has rooms that are always completely clean, even though they are getting on the older side. However, the rooms are way out of date and at times smelled like someone smoked marijuana in them. Finding the entrance was a little difficult due to the dated appearance and the entrance sign being out or not lit. The service was exceptional overall, with friendly staff, although there were instances of staff being more concerned with personal matters. The location is convenient to various businesses and attractions, making it a perfect hub for dining, shopping, and work-related stays. Dining options could have had more variety, with some experiences being less than satisfactory.

I wanted a room away from the street for peace and quiet, but it wasn't ready until late afternoon. The room looked clean from the outside but felt like it was hastily prepared.
